Suspects in attack on North Caucasus hydropower plant identified

RIA Novosti. The armed attack on Baksan hydropower plant in the southern Russian republic of Kabardino-Balkaria in the North Caucasus was committed by a group of up to four people, the Information Center of the National Antiterrorism Committee said on Wednesday.

"The suspects have already been identified at the present moment," the statement said.

The National Antiterrorism Committee also said that measures to strengthen the protection of all hydroelectric plants in the country have been taken.
