Soso Tsintsadze, political scientist said on the 2012 Presidential elections Medvediev and Putin will exchange its posts. "Now the main question is - will Medvediev keep his promise before Putin or not. Nowadays nobody is unsure that the agreement was concluded between the two. Medvediev have had to keep the post of President for Putin for 4 years, now everything depends upon his honesty, "- Soso Tsintsadze said. He said politicians never keep promises and are acting only according to the circumstances. So, for 2012 everything will depend upon the rating of Putin and his real possibilities. "Putin still keeps control over the power bodies, - security, internal affairs and so on, this is main. If such situation will last till 2012, then no doubt the exchange of posts will happen between Putin and Medvediev. As well it is to be noted that nobody assumes Medvediev as a president, "- Tsintsadze said. He said Medvediev is young, so Putin may remain even for 2 terms on the post of President. After this he will pass it to Medvediev. "What can be said about the third candidate it will be found on the political arena of RF for so-called democracy, "- expert said.
