The delegation of Russian senior officials headed by the Russian Security Council Secretary, Nikolai Patrushev has arrived in Georgia`s occupied Tskhinvali Region to monitor the rehabilitation works and view the social-economic conditions in the region.
Within the two-day visit, the Russian guests will hold meetings with the representatives of the occupant regime.
The decision to send an official delegation to the occupied region was taken at the special sitting held in the Russia`s regional development ministry a few days ago, where the authorities discussed the ongoing rehabilitation works in Tskhinvali. The participants of the session than agreed that the documents of the inspection would be sent to the Tskhinvali regime.
