Today on September 29 to secessionist South Ossetia the Federation Council's delegation will arrive.

Evgeny Serebrianikov, deputy chair of Defense and Security Committee of the Federation Council will head the delegation. The Russian delegation will conduct meetings in so-called South Ossetia's Parliament on September 30.
