This time the Rada building is blocked by riot police. Up to 1 thousand people were taking part in the protest action. They were demanding Ukraine MPs for talks crying: "Shame on you!" Some MPs get out from Rada to them but they could not talk anything because of a noise.

For information the Bill which should be passed  stipulates lifting of facilitations for 16 categories of people. The public was radically against such unpopular
