Hillary Clinton: Georgia remains as a high priority for USA

Washington took a decision for increase of the aid for Tbilisi. Hilary Clinton, US State Secretary said this taking the floor in the senate in Foreign Relations Committee.
The State Secretary once more underlined that Georgia remains a high priority for Barak Obama's administration. Hilary Clinton noted that in 2011 Budget an increase of aid for Georgia is planned, it will amount to more then USD 90 mn .
USA State Secretary thanked the Georgian government for initiative for participation in Afghanistan military operations. She said that USA will continue to support Georgia for keeping the democracy in the region and for increasing of trust. "Several US representatives already have been in Georgia - Biden , Vice Prime Minister; Steinberg, deputy US State Secretary; Holbrook, USA Special Representative. We will try to help Georgians to keep the democracy and to increase the trust of society in own country and in the region."
