Today on February 27 Thomas Hammerberg, CoE Human Rights High Commissioner will depart from Georgia to Tskhinvali. He arrived in Tbilisi on February 26. According the so called S.O. Committee of Press And Media together with Hammerberg to Tskhinvali will arrive two independent experts.

According to the information of David Sanakoev, Human Rights defender the CoE delegation first of all will hold a meeting with him, and then it will meet with the relatives of "lost "people.
