President of Russian Federation Dmitri Medvediev said he will declare about his decision on participation in Presidential elections very soon.
"No doubt I will use this chance to announce my decision. I cannot avoid this, I will tell to Russian people and all interested ones about my decision,"- he said being in Petersburg International Economic forum.
