The Media Defense Center of the GYLA (Georgian Young Lawyers Association) demands security lift from the MIA concerning the case of detained photo reporters. This would be an individual administrative-legislative action.
The GYLA states that the MIA has to present the weighty reasons for security classification to this case. This is for the defense of public's legitimate interests.
The defense lawyers are obliged presently to keep in secrecy the details of the case because of the security classification. The GYLA reports that the photo reporters are detained who were in close cooperation with international media. The supremacy of law is a main principle for the GYLA's Center for Media Defense.
For the reasons of a security classification up to now it is not known what accusations are before the detained photo reporters.
