The negotiations between Russia and USA for the dislocation of antimissile Defense in Europe stumbled, Dmitri Rogozin, Russia's permanent representative in NATO said, GHN reports.
Rogozin said in his interview with the radio station "Moscow's Echo" that Washington refuses all suggestions from Moscow in this question.
He noted that USA refused all suggestions from Russian Federation for the creation of common antimissile defense system, "Interfax" reports.
Moreover Rogozin said that USA refused as well one more suggestion from Russian Federation concerning the legal agreements which would oblige the USA to guaranty that its antimissile defense system will not block Russian strategic nuclear weapon.
Rogozin said that President Obama and Dmitri Medvediev agreed to continue consultations for the antimissile defense, till NATO will define finally the architecture of the antimissile defense. This should happen at the Chicago 2012 summit.
