In connection wit the agreements concluded by Dmitri Medvediev with secessionist regimes, Nino Kalandadze, Deputy Foreign Minister commented that none of such documents have a legal force.
"Any document signed with secessionist regions has no legal force. Such documents are in conflict with the international law principles and norms and are violating the state sovereignty, "- Kalandadze said.
For information, Russian President Dmitri Medvediev signed a customs agreement with Abkhazia and South Ossetia which ratifies customs regulations between Russian Federation and these two secessionist republics.
The Bills where passed by Kremlin on November 2, the Federation Council approved them on November 9. The cooperation in customs area and fight against smuggling are stipulated by these laws.
