Georgia's Parliament starts to discuss constitutional changes on Lazika city.
The public discussion commission has already finished the work and parliament has to start working on the new draft.
According to the draft, Lazika status must be determined by organic law.
Lazika will have different legal system, differ from the rest of Georgia.
