CNN continues airing TV footages about Georgia. Paula Newton, a journalist of Eye on Georgia program had a live stand up in the air of CNN from Georgia's seaside city of Batumi, Adjara region.
The CNN crew even recorded a video interview with the Georgia's President Mikheil Saakashvili, who spoke about the most important events since the collapse of the Soviet Union and the nearest past of one of the most beautiful cities of Georgia`s seaside region of Adjara.
In the second film on Georgia, the authors of the reportage showed the sights of the seaside city and focused on development of tourism and increased number of Russian visitors.
They also emphasized the liberal legislation of the country, which made Batumi the central city of the country, where gambling was allowed and where the number of the visitors grew significantly after the simplification of visa regime for tourists. Eye on Georgia is visiting Georgia for the second time.
