Ancient ruins were discovered at Ishkhneli Sisters Street in historic part of Kutaisi, administrative capital of Imereti region.
Rehabilitation works of sewage network were ongoing at the territory. Archeologists will begin studying of the discovered ruins as of today. Specialists presume that the walls of urban settlement date back to Middle Ages.
