Georgia's President Mikheil Saakashvili delivered a speech as part of the Black Sea Economic Forum held in Turkey.
Saakashvili talked about importance of enhancement of cooperation among the countries and touched upon Russia's aggressive policy.
He said that Georgia had supported Russia' accession into the World Trade organization and unilaterally abolished visa regime for Russian citizens that served as message of friendship.
Georgia's President also met with Presidents of Turkey and Moldova on the sidelines of the forum.
Black Sea Economic Forum is an annual international platform for the dialogue of leading government and business representatives in the Black Sea region.
Heads of 12 countries attended the forum, which was dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the organization's establishment.
