Georgian – Ukrainian investment has been implemented in Legva village of Kobuleti district. Investment concerned to the producing of citrus and permission packages. Packages will be produced based on so-called lead technology, which corresponds to European standards and is ecologically clean, light and compared with the plastic boxes products in lead boxes do not deteriorate rapidly.
The factory will be set in operation at the beginning of citrus and permission harvest season.
Factory’s total production capacity will be 8-10 thousand boxes per day. Minimum 10-15 locals will be employed in the factory.
Within a framework of Ukrainian – Georgian Investments, a cold storage warehouse has been built in Legva as well, which will provide storage of almost 300 tons of fruits and vegetables.
