The so-called Must Carry” principle has been enforced starting today. Based on Election Code of Georgia, Cable TVs are obliged to broadcast licensed TV stations.
Representatives of TV companies have to apply to cable networks in written form and inform them with their parameters.
“Silknet” and “Caucasus Online” have already received several applications. “Silknet” has included TV Company “9th Channel” in its package.
