At the fourth anniversary of the Russia-Georgia war, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev told media today that launching the peace enforcement operation in Georgia was a fair and timely decision.
The Russian Prime Minister arrived in Tskhinvali Region in the occupied territory of Georgia today and held talks with Leonid Tibiliov, the leader of the occupational regime.
In the comment made after the meeting with Tibilov, Medvedev called Georgia "an aggressor".
