State Pardon Commission assembles today to discuss the cases of 203 prisoners, who will be released by the Virgin Mary Day on August 28. Commission members say there are cases of 25 women and 9 minors to be discussed.
Reportedly, the commission will give recommendation to the convicts charged with less grave crime and those who have positive recommendations before detention and during the period of imprisonment.
The commission will send the recommendations to the president. The pardoned convicts will be discharged from prisons on August 28.
