The Georgia's Prime Minister have met with representatives of the Defense Ministry, military personnel and their family members at the Vaziani military base.
The Prime Minister talked about the new "T-3" principle (total care, total training and total defense).
Vano Merabishvili explained that "total care" includes health care, education, employment, financial incentives, housing and social facilities and that it would concern not only armed forces personnel but also their family members and veterans.
