At least six people have been killed in a suicide attack close to the heavily guarded NATO headquarters in the Afghan capital, Kabul.
The bomber, who was riding an explosives-laden motorcycle, blew himself up near the entrance of Camp Eggers, a sprawling base that is home to 2,500 international coalition staff.
The attack coincides with celebrations by supporters of an anti-Taliban warlord who was murdered. Ahmad Shah Massoud was killed in a suicide bombing by al-Qaeda activists posing as journalists on 9 September, 2001.
