The incident occurred near the Samegrelo-Abkhazian administrative border, in Pakhulani village, Tsalenjikha district of Georgia's Samegrelo region.
The Russian occupants did now allow school children from Gali district to pass the administrative border. They are studying at school in Pakhulani village.
Occupants allowed crossing Samegrelo-Abkhazian administrative border only 8-9 graders. All school children, 1-7 graders of Gali district were forcibly taken to the Russian schools.
