Philip Dimitrov, EU Ambassador to Georgia has commented on the fact of torture and violence against inmates in Gldani # 8 Prison.
Dimitrov said that the released video material confirms that "something appalling was taking place in the Georgian prison."
"It is natural that people are shocked. Those, who stand behind the occurred, should not be left unpunished. The Georgian government had to fix it clear that null tolerance should be applied towards those responsible," Dimitrov stated.
