The non-governmental organization "Fair Election" summed up the results of vote tabulation this afternoon.
Election observers claimed that the balloting process across Georgia was generally organized and positive. Violations were detected at 4% of polling stations.
The observers of "Fair Elections: submitted 66 complaints at precinct and 58 complaints at regional elections commissions.
