Candidate for the minister of energy and natural resources, Kakha Kaladze is the owner of the shares of "Sakhidromsheni". According to the civil register Kaladze`s private company Kala Capital has 45% of shares in a company Sakhidromsheni.
The company conducts rehabilitation of hydro power plants and infrastructure buildings.
The nongovernmental organizations and politicians are talking about the conflict of interests.
Kakha Kaladze made a special statement in this regard. He says that within ten days since he assumes the office, Kala Capital will begin procedures of sell off of the company`s shares in Sakhidromshen.
