Bidzina Ivanishvili, Prime Minister of Georgia presented Archil Khabadze as the candidate for the head of Adjara Autonomous Republic's government at the first session of the newly elected Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara.
Archil Khabadze was the head of Adjara branch office of Cartu Bank.
There were three candidates considered for this position - Armaz Akhvlediani, Jemal Putkaradze and Archil Khabadze.
