Minister of Justice Tea Tsulukiani says the interrogation of senior officers of Constitutional Security Department and the Special Operative Department is not tied with the cases, for which former defense and itnerior minister Bacho Akhalaia and the former chief of the united staffs of armed forces Giorgi Kalandadze were charged.
Minister has confirmed that about ten people were summoned to the prosecutor`s office last night for interrogation with the status of witnesses. Tsulukiani also said the questions might arise towards the former minister of justice Zurab Adeishvili according to the complaints, which were submitted to the prosecutor`s office, on which the investigation was underway.
As for Akhalaia, Tsulukiani says he may face more charges soon.
