Minister of Justice does not rule out that Tbilisi mayor Gigi Ugulava, vice-speaker from minority Giorgi Baramidze and several author former authorities may be held responsible, though, she emphasized that this will be possible only if sufficient evidences are obtained.
`The law does not prohibit us to say the names of these people, but in all our statements, chief prosecutor, other law enforcers and I use the word `perhaps` and if someone does not want to get this, it is another problem. But it is a fact that any person may be held accountable if sufficient evidences are collected. This is a fact and this is a practice in all other countries and Georgia as well,` Tsulukiani said.
