The Lawyer of Irakli Okruashvili, Georgia's ex-Defense Minister submitted a complaint to Tbilisi Appeals Court to protest over the verdict made by City Court on November 20 based on which Okruashvili is accused of taking bribes regarding the so-called Geocell case.
The trial on charge of formation of illegal armed gang will be held on December 3. There are 4 accusations presented against Okruashvili.
