Director of the NCC construction company Gigi Kelbakiani and the financial manager of the same company Archil Chogoladze have been arrested after eight hour long interrogation last night.
The two are suspected of money laundering, which envisages imprisonment from 9 to 12 years. Kelbakiani and Chogoladze will be charged with the third part of N194 article of the criminal code of Georgia. Before founding TCC, Kelbakiani was the director general of the Tbilisi Water Company.
