Director general of the construction company NCC Gegi Kelbakiani and the financial manager of the same company Archil Chogovadze will be charged today. The law enforcers were interrogating other employs of the company for a few hours last night in regards with the case, for which the two managers of the company were arrested. The two are suspected of money laundering, article N194 of the criminal code of Georgia, which envisages 12-year sentence.
Kelbakiani`s lawyers were also at the Moduli office of the Ministry of Interior last night, where the detainees are held and where the other employs of the company were interrogated.
