The reasons of the death of Georgia`s late Prime Minister Zurab Zhvania will be reinvestigated - his brother Gogla Zhvania announced after leaving the office of the chief prosecutor last night. According to him, he had submitted the documents, which he had obtained and was familiarized with the materials, which the prosecutor`s office had.
He also said he nominated the specific senior authorities, who as minimum forged the materials in the case and which were tied with the death of Zhvania.
`I can confirm that the investigation has been resumed and I was here to discuss the process. The prosecutors were familiarized with the evidences, which I submitted and they introduced me with the materials, which they had in prosecutor`s office about the case. I abstain from going into details due to the interests of investigation, but we have launched intensive cooperation,` Gogla Zhvania said. He added the senior authorities, who were involved in this case at least by forging the materials of the investigation were former justice minister Zurab Adeishvili, former interio minister Vano Merabishvili and president Saakashvili.
