Manager of the Tao Company, former prime minister`s uncle Levan Tumanishvili has been transferred from Akhaltsikhe insulator to Tbilisi University Clinic after he had serious health problems yesterday. Tumanishvili`s lawyer says he has been already charged, but the preventive measure against his defendant will be applied later today.
The businessman was accused of illegal wood cutting, however, currently, he is facing charges only for document forgery. Tumanishvili was arrestedt hree days ago. Lawyer says the prosecution has no evidences against his defendant.
