Public Defender of Georgia will be handed over the documents tied with the detention of Rustavi2 director general Nika Gvaramia and five other persons charged with for the same case by the law enforcer structures later today. Ombudsman has already addressed the prosecutor`s office and the lawyers of the defendants.
Ucha Nanuashvili says there are many questions in the case of detention of Rustavi2 director general and to find answers on them, the case should be probed in details.
All six persons arrested for financial machinations have been bailed out. None of them recognizes the guilt.
