State Pardon Commission will assemble at 14:00 today to discuss cases of 430 convicts, greatest part of which were are serving their sentences for grave crimes including drug-dealing, murder and sexual abuse. There are the cases of convicts, who have not served half of their sentences yet.
The members of the commission say that most of these appeals will not be satisfied, but those who are pardoned, will be released by New Year.
