The court sitting into cases of Shota Khizanishvili, former Deputy to Tbilisi Mayor and Vazha Liluashvili, formed deputy head of Constitutional Security Department (CSD) of Ministry of Internal Affairs were adjourned for February 14.
Prosecutor's Office named extension of investigation terms as a reason. One charge was cancelled into case of Khizanishvili, while 2 out of 5 presented into case of Liluashvili were abolished. The defense side will apply to Tbilisi City Court in order to replace imprisonment with bail.
