Bidzina Ivanishvili, Georgia's Prime Minister applies to President Mikheil Saakashvili with an initiative to use his right granted by Constitution, dismiss parliament and appoint early elections.
According to Prime Minister, President has the right to change the government, parliament and appoint new elections in 3 months instead of 6.
In an interview with "Imedi" TV, Ivanishvili said he would assist President with adoption of Constitutional changes and start collection of signatures with that purpose.
