Davit Usupashvili, Georgia's Parliamentary Speaker held a news briefing this afternoon. He talked about possible moves that the parliament could apply to in order to overcome the vetoing of Amnesty bill by the president.
Usupashvili evaluated the current political situation. He said that parliament was working on Constitutional changes to ensure normal functioning of the country.
