Melor Vachnadze, Merab Ratishvili, Levan Gogichaishvili, the persons arrested for espionage and prisoners who were detained at the rallies held on November 7 and May 26 will leaved jails on January 13 at 10:00 AM.

The details about execution of Amnesty Law became known yesterday. Tea Tsulukiani, Minister of Justice, Sozar Subari, Minister of Penitentiary, Corrections and Legal Assistance and Eka Beselia, Chairperson of the Parliamentary Human Rights Committee held a joint press conference over the matter yesterday.

Consultations were held how the law would be enforced in case President Mikheil Saakashvili refused to sign the document. The deadline for signing the draft-bill expires on January 11. If President rejects to sign the document, Chairman of Parliament will sign it.

Political prisoners will leave jails within one week after the law is enforced.
