Discussions over the draft-project on proposed changes to be made into Constitution of Georgia will resume at the parliament starting March 20.
The two main changes will envisage reduction of president's authorities and taking out of the article, which determines location of the Georgian parliament only in Kutaisi city.
Davit Berdzenishvili, MP of the majority said that the parliament will work in Kutaisi till end of the Spring Session.
