The number of measles infection cases has increased unprecedently in
Georgia this year. The situation is particularly concerning in Tbilisi.
The disease control center of the ministry of health and social care
begins the week of immunization throughout the country today.
The representatives of the center say the goal of the Week of
Immunization is to facilitate protection from the diseases, which can be
evaded by vaccination and to inform the society about the process in
details.
