Special State Protection Service of Georgia has downplayed the concerns of the president`s administration chief Andro Barnovi expressed yesterday in the statement published today.
At a special briefing held yesterday Mr. Barnov said that representatives of the Special State Protection Service allowed two strangers to enter the president`s administration through the entrance which is used only by the president himself, the vice-president and the Patriarch. He said the strangers entered the switch-room, which keeps the whole information about the internal communications of the administration.
SSPS statement says that the persons, who entered the president`s palace, where the specialists of state telecommunication network protection and they entered the palace to repair damaged lines, whet they were authorized to do. SSPS announced the names of the two specialists, who worked on the breakdown at the palace yesterday.
The head of the administration urged law enforcers to investigate the occurrence.
