Police have arrested murder suspect. A 33 year -old Levon G. is accused of murdering Samuel Egizarov with several shots from a pistol gun. The murder occurred in the Bartskhana settlement of Batumi on April 22nd. The investigation has concluded that the motive of the murder was revenge. Egizarov was released from prison a few months ago under the nation-wide amnesty. He was convicted seven times earlier.
The defendant has pleaded guilty. He has been charged with premeditated murder, which envisages from seven to 9 year sentence.
