Tbilisi is hosting Rose Ross 83rd seminar organized by the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. The topic of the seminar is `South Caucasus - geopolitics, Euro-Atlantic Integration and domestic challenges`.
Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili attended the seminar and addressed the participants of the event. Prime Minister emphasized that the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Georgia in the process of reinforcing national security and democratic development had no alternative.
`Georgian people confirmed this choice with nation-wide referendum ten years ago, in 2003 and no government will be able to ignore this will of the people and diverse from this road. We know quite well that NATO is not only a military union, but it is a political alliance having the unity of values and that`s why the NATO is a well acknowledged choice of our people,` Prime Minister said.
Parliament speaker Davit Usupashvili, other members of the government and parliament were also attending the seminar.
