Georgian political parties received more than 2 million GEL as donation. The Monitoring Service published results for 2-month period of the ongoing pre-election campaign.
From July 1 to September 9, political parties received 2,373, 000 GEL through various donations. The most of the money was transferred to the account of Georgian Dream Coalition.
The second place with respect to the amount of donations went to Democratic Movement -United Georgia Party led by Nino Burjanadze.
No donations have been received by United National Movement (UNM) Party.
The donations are as follows: Georgian Dream - Democratic Georgia - 1 456 560.99 GEL, Free Democrats - 315 077.59 GEL, Democratic Movement - United Georgia - 148 920.00 GEL, National Forum - 141 136.41 GEL, Georgian Conservative Party - 79 995.00 GEL, other parties - 7 344.60 GEL.
