On December 6th 2013 at 11:30, Victoria Nuland, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, will join Prime Minister Garibashvili and Defense Minister Alasania for a ribbon-cutting of a USAID-funded accessibility ramp at the State Chancellery building.
The ramp provides access to the main government building in Georgia, which includes the offices of the Prime Minister and signifies the importance of providing equal access to all.
The event is organized by 26 disability organizations under Georgia's Coalition for Independent Living, in partnership with the Prime Minister's Administration and the United States Government.
