"Golden Parchment" winners of 2013 were awarded at the ceremony held at the casino Shangri La Tbilisi. This year the winners of the "Golden Parchment" awards were named in eleven categories, ten of which were identified based on the survey, and one nominee was named by an organizer, the GHN news agency.
Traditionally, the only nomination in which respondents were given the opportunity of free choice was "Man of the Year"; in the remaining categories respondents were provided with the shortlist of nominees based on the rating of candidates. According to the organizers, research company GCG interviewed 2735 people in Georgia for the needs of the "Golden Parchment" awards.
