Lawyer of Giorgi Gvichiani has published compromising documents about Acting Chief Prosecutor.
Irma Chkadua claims that Irakli Shotadze signed the indictment document as prosecutor, according to which Gvichiani was sentenced to life imprisonment.
Lawyer says that Georgia's Prime Minister was provided with false information about Shotadze deliberately.
Chkadua demands not to appoint Shotadze on the post of Chief prosecutor, because conflict of interest arises during reviewing of Gvichiani's case.
