The officers of Isani-Samgori police division as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Aleqsi Kh. (DoB 1979) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms, informing GHN according to MIA.
Investigation established that detainee illegally purchased IJ-75 firearms with seven bullets and stored in the relative's apartment.
During the searching activities held in the mentioned apartment law enforcers hound the illegal weapon.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearm, article 236, I part of the Criminal Code.
