Prime Minister of
Georgia will visit the Federal Republic of Germany from January 31 through
February 2, where he will participate in the 50th Munich Security Conference.
Within the Munich Conference, the world leaders will identify priorities in the
field of foreign policy and security.
Irakli Garibashvili
will inform European leaders on the foreign policy priorities and current
reforms of Georgia. Discussion about the Euro-Atlantic processes will be held.
Prime Minister's speech will describe ongoing processes in region, as well as
Georgia's expectations regarding the Euro-Atlantic integration processes,
reports GHN according to Prime-Minister's Press Service information.
Georgian Prime
Minister's speech is planned at the Global Power and Regional Stability
session. Within the frames of the Munich Security Conference, Prime Minister of
Georgia will hold a number of bilateral meetings including meetings with U.S.
Senator John McCain, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, OSCE Secretary General
Lamberto Zannier, and many others. During the visit to Munich, Prime Minister will give an
interview to the German weekly magazine FOCUS, as well as to the Media Holding
ZDF.
Georgian delegation
led by the Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili will visit the Federal Republic
of Germany on January 31. Delegation also includes Minister of Foreign Affairs
Maia Panjikidze and Minister of Defense Irakli Alasania.
